Re: Paper Straws

Greyhouse has been promoting all sorts of "Earth friendly" products for quite some time. For the most part it doesn't bother me as their food and drinks are extremely good and are still less expensive than other gormet cafe's such as Starbucks. The paper straws are over the edge of ridiculousness, though.

Even more ridiculous, the University Book Store sells paper made from various animal dung. I'm not sure why this is necessary or even appealing to someone. As I recall, trees are a renewable resource. But if you really need a packet of college-ruled panda poop paper, make sure to stop by the University Book Store.
